This blog post will guide you through the process of creating the ultimate s’mores charcuterie board, complete with ingredient ideas, arrangement tips, and presentation techniques.

Ingredients:

The key to a successful s’mores charcuterie board is variety. Here’s a list of essentials and some creative extras to consider:

Classics:

  • Graham crackers (original, cinnamon, honey)
  • Marshmallows (regular, flavored, square shaped)
  • Chocolate Bars (milk, dark, white)

Extras:

  • Cookies (fudge striped, chocolate covered graham crackers, biscoff, chocolate chip)
  • Specialty Chocolates (cookies and cream, caramel filled, peanut butter cups)
  • Flavored Marshmallows (strawberry, caramel, peppermint)
  • Caramel and sauces

What I used on my board:

  • Regular graham crackers, oreos, fudge striped, biscoff and chocolate covered graham crackers
  • Regular marshamallows
  • Hershey’s milk chocolate, Reece’s peanut buttercups, Hershey’s cookies and cream, Hershey’s symphony and Ghirardelli milk chocolate caramel

Step-by-Step Guide

1. Gather Your Supplies

Before you start, ensure you have a large serving board or platter. Wooden boards, slate platters, or marble trays work wonderfully and add an elegant touch to your presentation. If you are in need of one here are some of my favorites: Charcuterie Boards

2. Prepare the Ingredients

Unwrap chocolates and break them into smaller pieces for easy grabbing. Cut fruits into bite-sized pieces.

3. Arrange the Board

Presentation is all up to you! I liked the idea of order of assembly. Start by placing cookies and crackers on one side of the board. Afterwords, add all your marshmallows to the middle. Next arrange your chocolate squares on the other side.

4. Toast and Enjoy

Fire up your bonfire or fire pit! An alternative if you don’t have access to a fire pit you can set up a small portable burner or a sterno flame to toast marshmallows directly at the table.

Invite your guests to get creative and build their own s’mores with the various ingredients. The fun of a s’mores charcuterie board lies in the endless combinations and the joy of sharing.
